TL;DR

QA Engineer (AI & Automation): Designing and maintaining E2E test automation across backend, web, and mobile platforms with an accent on AI-assisted testing and quality systemization. Focus on integrating AI coding tools into the QA lifecycle, improving test coverage, and collaborating with cross-functional squads to ship reliable audio experiences.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania)

Salary: from 3,500 EUR gross

What you will do

  • Design and maintain E2E test automation across backend, web, Android, and iOS.
  • Collaborate with engineers to review acceptance criteria and identify gaps early in the development cycle.
  • Monitor quality dashboards and investigate issues using logs and observability tooling.
  • Convert real user feedback from Customer Care into permanent regression test coverage.
  • Build and evolve QA tooling and drive the adoption of AI in testing processes.
  • Contribute to the internal QA community by sharing best practices and raising engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to build, test, or automate.
  • Test automation experience on at least one platform (web or mobile).
  • Basic knowledge of API testing (endpoint interaction and response analysis).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile automation frameworks such as XCUITest, Espresso, or Appium.
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI pipelines.
  • Experience testing subscription or payment systems.
