Location: Remote (Must be based in Ukraine). Shift: Must work US business hours (12:00 PM - 12:00 AM M-F)

What you will do
- Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems to identify root causes.
- Communicate professionally across various channels to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Document interactions and resolutions with high accuracy and consistency.
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to summarize interactions and improve response quality.
- Continuously build technical knowledge of products and troubleshooting processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or help desk.
- Advanced English fluency (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- Ability to work shifts aligned with US business hours (12:00 PM - 12:00 AM M-F).
- Working knowledge of PC/Mac OS and Microsoft Office; networking knowledge is a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and automation tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with hardware or networking troubleshooting.
- Prior professional exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
