What you will do

• Own and optimize the finance systems ecosystem, including Navision (Business Central) ERP and Medius.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation workflows using KNIME, n8n, Zapier, and Make.
• Build and maintain a structured documentation framework in Confluence for all finance processes.
• Manage finance transformation projects end-to-end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution.
• Partner with finance managers and team leads to co-design solutions and drive change adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance process improvement, systems implementation, or finance transformation projects.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Navision / Business Central.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience building process documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence or similar tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical system solutions.
• Location: Lisbon
