What you will do

• Establish test strategies and concepts for discrete MOSFETs.
• Define detailed test specifications.
• Analyze and evaluate characterization and production data.
• Modify and optimize existing test routines for MOSFET products.
• Define and evaluate new test solutions in cooperation with internal/external centers and the local lab.
• Provide technical consulting for customer support on testing and datasheet-related questions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Physics or Electrical Engineering with a focus on microelectronics, semiconductors, or precision electrical measurements.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in statistical test data analysis.
• Programming skills, preferably in Python or VBA.
• Business fluent English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hamburg.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of device physics for discrete power MOSFETs.
• Basic knowledge of PCB design and simple electronic circuits.
• Hands-on measurement and characterization experience.
• Experience with Spice modeling.
