What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production of 1–2 vertical short drama series (10–15 episodes each).
• Develop original scripts with a focus on hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute escalation.
• Utilize in-house AI copilots for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• Direct, edit, and finalize every episode independently.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, the technical team, and the executive leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts and experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, Veo).
• English: Perfectly fluent (C1+) required.
• Commitment: Long-term commitment and a doer mindset.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, or similar advanced AI video tools.
