What you will do

• Create packaging designs that inspire shoppers' imagination and tell a convincing story on shelf
• Act as deputy for Design Directors, guiding and approving work for middleweight and junior team members
• Consult with Client Service to enrich design briefs and advise on resources and timings
• Produce creative that challenges the brief, embeds insights, and ensures powerful consistency
• Present concepts confidently to clients, enabling debate and providing constructive feedback
• Champion file setup, naming, and server filing procedures

Requirements

• 4-8 years experience in Brand/Packaging Design agency roles
• Engaging storytelling skills
• Emerging client presentation skills for discussing and defending designs
• Understanding of strategic, creative, and commercial aspects of brands
• Experience in art directing, working closely with CGI team
• Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Illustration or related field
• Excellence in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Keynote, 3D tools (Maya etc.), and sketching
