What you will do

• Define and elevate the creative standard across a complex, multi-audience organization, balancing brand ambition with impact.
• Lead concept development, storytelling, and creative direction across digital, print, video, and internal communications.
• Build scalable brand systems, playbooks, and guardrails to enable creativity to scale consistently.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into clear, powerful creative directions for team execution.
• Lead and develop an established creative team while navigating a nuanced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a conceptual creative and design manager with a track record of defining clear creative visions.
• Expertise in developing integrated creative concepts and storytelling platforms across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation platforms.
• Ability to create scalable brand systems, templates, and guidance.
• Strong experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders to align creative ambition with business reality.
• Must be based in London or the Midlands (UK) for hybrid office attendance
