What you will do

• Drive MPU & MCU system architecture definition and development aligned with market trends and standards.
• Translate customer requirements into specifications for Industrial IoT, Secure Connected Edge Computing, and Automotive products.
• Define scalable computing architectures including multi-core processing and memory hierarchy.
• Own key performance indicators and drive optimization for programs.
• Design and integrate security mechanisms like secure boot, cryptographic accelerators, and trusted execution environments.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and firmware teams for seamless system-level integration.
• Develop strategies for performance, energy efficiency, thermal management, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Proven experience in microprocessor/microcontroller architecture, Software, SoC Architecture, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of CPU cores, DSP, memory management, peripheral integration.
• Experience in system performance optimization, low-power design, real-time processing.
• Familiarity with Linux, Zephyr, FreeRTOS or similar OS; high-speed interconnects (AXI), memory architectures, bus protocols.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary and multi-national teams; experience in product development processes.
