What you will do

• Design and build advanced AI models to address complex, real-world cybersecurity challenges.
• Own the full development lifecycle from identifying customer problems to production deployment.
• Drive new research directions and translate emerging AI concepts into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the long-term technical strategy and influence the organization's AI roadmap.
• Lead AI innovation and set best practices while mentoring other data scientists in R&D.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with proven production-level impact.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (PhD is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Transformers, open-source LLMs, and deep learning architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with modern ML frameworks.
• Strong experimental mindset and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
