What you will do
- Lead analysis of customer activity data to uncover trends, best practices, and insights for marketing and company strategy.
- Monitor KPIs on customer portfolio and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct external industry research to benchmark against market standards and identify opportunities using industry databases.
- Implement GenAI and automation projects end-to-end, from scoping and prompt design to rollout.
- Translate business needs into workflows, coordinating between non-technical and technical teams.
- Deliver clear strategic narratives from complex data to drive decisions across teams using AI tools extensively.
Requirements
- 2+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy research.
- Strong AI tools experience, building workflows and agents for data processing and analysis.
- 1-2 years hands-on SQL querying.
- Experience integrating APIs or troubleshooting in Zapier, LangChain, or Notion AI.
- Deeply analytical, synthesizing internal data with external market research.
- Business-oriented, focusing on ROI and strategic advantage.
- Excellent communication for presenting findings to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing strategy, ad-tech, or customer success analytics.
- Data visualization and dashboard creation for KPI monitoring.
