What you will do

• Analyze marketing domain data, including funnels, campaign performance, and attribution models.
• Build and maintain specialized operational dashboards to drive organizational visibility.
• Develop an analytics framework in collaboration with operations management and business process improvement teams.
• Manage quarterly planning and roadmapping alongside product and operations teams.
• Write monthly performance reports featuring detailed statistical analysis, key findings, and actionable recommendations.
• Operationalize and streamline product launches, focusing on friction optimization to improve UX.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced web or online company.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL for analyzing large data sets.
• Expertise in creating data visualizations using tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.
• Proven track record in business or product data analytics.
• Located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience working with DBT.
• Strong familiarity or academic background in Statistics.
• Practical experience with Python.
