What you will do

• Lead analytical initiatives across BI, performance metrics, financial analysis, and user behavior research.
• Mentor and grow a team of analysts, developing individual growth plans and career pathways.
• Execute deep-dive analyses and validate team outputs using complex SQL in Snowflake.
• Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Redash.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Marketing to define and answer critical business questions.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by defining data requirements and prioritizing the data engineering roadmap.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business analytics or similar roles.
• 2-3 years of people management experience leading analytical teams.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization in Snowflake.
• Expert-level experience building data visualizations in Tableau.
• Strong understanding of business statistics and A/B testing.
• Location: Must be based in Ramat Gan, Israel

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Experience administering Tableau Server (user management, permissions, performance).
• Background in predictive analytics methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with low-code data pipeline platforms like Rivery.
• Passion for gaming.
