About us
We are an iGaming group with deep expertise across Africa, operating multiple businesses and offices in the region. Now we are launching a new B2C brand focused on African markets.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own a key product area end to end, from hypothesis to measurable outcome. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll shape how our B2C product evolves across African markets.
You won't be writing specs in a vacuum. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketing to turn insights into experiments, experiments into results, and results into scalable growth.


Tasks
- Own a key product area from hypothesis to measurable business result.
- Turn user data, market signals, and behavioral patterns into product hypotheses and rapid experiments.
- Form and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing trust, user experience, and revenue.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketing to deliver results fast.
- Launch and run A/B tests, interpret results, and scale successful solutions.
- Optimize the conversion funnel.

What we're looking for
EXPECTATIONS
- English level B2
- 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2C iGaming.
- Knowledge of Tier-3 markets and cultural specifics of user behavior in Africa and similar regions.
- Proven track record of impact on core metrics: retention, ARPPU, conversion.
- Strong data skills (SQL, Tableau or similar) and insight-driven decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and structure chaos into clear, executable roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments and A/B tests.
- Growth mindset, openness to learning, and equal focus on product and people.
- Understanding of user acquisition approaches and paid marketing funnels.
