What you will do

  • Lead visual direction for e-commerce clients (Amazon and global platforms), ensuring conversion-optimised and on-brand assets.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of designers, fostering craft and quality.
  • Develop initial concepts and execute high-quality, performance-driven visuals hands-on.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate business goals into creative strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts and visual touchpoints.
  • Integrate emerging AI design tools into the team's production workflow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in senior design roles, preferably within a digital agency.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and mentoring teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly.
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage for client communication.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany to support the hybrid setup.
