What you will do

• Design landing pages, shop funnels, and other digital touchpoints with a strong focus on brand and design.
• Develop and implement new concepts for shop optimization and conversion improvement.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for specific product areas and hirify.global Group brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and Data analysts.
• Optimize UX concepts, visuals, interactions, and motion designs for international segments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the group-wide Design System.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Visual Design, and UI/UX Design.
• Strong expertise in layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and digital aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and motion tools.
• Experience in the creative direction of projects and teams.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into visual concepts.
• Interest and experience in integrating AI tools into the design process.
