What you will do

• Own the shared platform layer: onboarding, authentication, RBAC, governance, notifications, reporting.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all Dream products.
• Identify and drive cross-product synergy opportunities to increase adoption and expansion.
• Shape packaging, bundling, and platform-level growth strategy.
• Define system-level success metrics tied to trust, usability, and cross-product adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as Product Manager in SaaS or platform environments.
• Proven experience owning cross-platform or shared platform products.
• Systems thinker connecting architecture, UX, and business impact.
• Highly user-centric with strategic orientation and GTM intuition on packaging, bundling, expansion, and platform economics.
• Comfortable driving alignment across product verticals, engineering, and GTM stakeholders.
