What you will do

  • Run day-to-day card program operations: issuing, activating, replacing cards, and ensuring delivery.
  • Act as first-line support: investigate issues, coordinate with teams and partners, drive resolutions.
  • Monitor program performance, spot trends, escalate and resolve problems proactively.
  • Collaborate with banks, networks, processors, and engineering on launches, testing, and changes.
  • Test new features using checklists, reproduce issues, verify fixes.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and workflows for accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in operations, payments, fintech, or high-volume customer support.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Clear professional communication across partners, customers, and teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitask, and escalate appropriately.
  • Team-oriented with curiosity to learn operations, product, compliance, engineering.
  • Customer-focused mindset prioritizing system reliability and client experience.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to card payments/networks (Visa, Mastercard, BINs, tokenization, PCI).
  • Experience with ticketing/operational tools (Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce).
  • Prior work with issuing platforms, processors, or banking partners.
  • Familiarity with disputes, chargebacks, fraud monitoring.
