Location: Based in Dublin office with office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; Wednesday work from home; Friday depends on work type).

Salary: €56,700 - €63,000 base.

• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Product Marketing to design and deliver compelling demos.
• Build and maintain demo environments showcasing hirify.global workflows across industries and use cases.
• Develop and document strategic demo repository for reliability and reusability.
• Create engaging self-guided demo experiences and assets for global teams.
• Translate real-world customer workflows into interactive demos highlighting collaboration impact.
• Collaborate to improve demo tooling, automation, and explore AI and advanced integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical role like software engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, and drive to learn new technologies.
• Curiosity about APIs, SaaS integrations, and how they power workflows.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical collaboration.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-moving environment.
