• Build and maintain internal dashboards, applications, and workflows using Retool and modern tooling platforms.
• Develop scripts, queries, and lightweight technical solutions to support business and operational needs.
• Partner with stakeholders across different teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Proactively identify and implement opporthirify.globalies to improve internal processes and efficiency.
• Utilize AI-based tools and applications to accelerate development and iteration.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience building internal tools, automations, or operational systems.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Cursor or Base44.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
