What you will do
- Log and monitor incidents from various communication channels to ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct remote diagnostic tests and repairs when customers report incidents.
- Support in-house back-office systems, including mobile payment solutions.
- Perform system administration duties, including user and password management.
- Collaborate with third parties and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to knowledge management through the creation of technical documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bologna.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional customer interaction.
- General technical understanding and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a technical mindset.
- Experience in a Service Desk or Customer Support environment (advantage).
- IT background (advantage).
