What you will do

  • Log and monitor incidents from various communication channels to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Conduct remote diagnostic tests and repairs when customers report incidents.
  • Support in-house back-office systems, including mobile payment solutions.
  • Perform system administration duties, including user and password management.
  • Collaborate with third parties and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge management through the creation of technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bologna.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional customer interaction.
  • General technical understanding and familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and a technical mindset.
  • Experience in a Service Desk or Customer Support environment (advantage).
  • IT background (advantage).
