What you will do

• Build features across all hirify.global products integrating payments.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, finance, and business units.
• Design scalable software architecture using best practices.
• Optimize user experience and performance in payment flows.
• Expand payment methods for global users beyond credit cards and PayPal.

Requirements

• Proven backend development experience
• Expertise in scalable, high-performance solutions
• Proficiency with profiling and performance optimization
• Experience leading team initiatives from discovery to production
• Strong SQL (MySQL preferred) and data modeling
• Familiarity with Redis or caching technologies
• Security best practices and secure software implementation
• In-depth HTTP/REST APIs and cryptographic concepts
