What you will do

  • Design and build key features for the AI coding platform across a polyglot stack including TypeScript, Kotlin, and Rust.
  • Propose and launch new product growth ideas, applying a product-centric mindset to enhance user experience.
  • Take full ownership of projects, driving them from initial concept to final launch.
  • Collaborate within a fast-moving, cross-functional team to achieve shared goals.
  • Codify team practices into shareable, autonomous workflows via "Zen Agents".

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building complex, production-grade applications.
  • Deep expertise in backend development using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
  • Strong computer science foundation and deep understanding of modern software architecture and design principles.
  • Proven track record of driving projects independently with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Deep familiarity with the evolving AI landscape and AI assistants.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Conflict-free Replicated Data Types (CRDTs) or interest in real-time collaborative systems.
  • Prior experience working in startups or early-stage teams.
