What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, mission-critical backend services and APIs powering liquid staking and MEV infrastructure.
• Develop high-performance systems that interact with blockchain networks in real-time.
• Collaborate with smart contract and frontend engineers to ship end-to-end features.
• Contribute to technical decisions and engineering culture regarding system architecture and design patterns.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of backend software engineering experience in Golang, Rust, C/C++, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience in designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems and public-facing APIs.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to iterate rapidly in a production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building backend systems that interact with blockchains.
• Experience designing liquid staking solutions, DEXes, or MEV infrastructure in production.
• Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, validator clients, and p2p networking.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols and components.
