What you will do

• Develop and implement trademark protection strategies for a global brand portfolio.
• Conduct trademark clearance searches and draft legal opinions to support brand creation.
• Manage worldwide trademark prosecution, including filings, office actions, and renewals.
• Handle trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and cease-and-desist matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to marketing and studio teams on brand use and risk mitigation.
• Support IP audits and due diligence during external growth and acquisition operations.

Requirements

• Experience in intellectual property law with a strong focus on trademarks.
• Professional background in the entertainment, media, or video game industry.
• Experience working within an international environment.
• Fluency in English required.
• Proven negotiation and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
