TL;DR

hirify.global is a high-growth healthtech startup building a patient-centric platform to provide accessible, long-term care for obesity and other chronic conditions.

What you will do

  • Design high-fidelity landing pages, eCommerce shopfronts, and digital ads using Figma.
  • Develop pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive experiences optimized for user behavior and conversion.
  • Collaborate with product, content design, and developers to implement designs in Webflow and Shopify.
  • Create and edit digital assets, icons, and imagery using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Contribute to and maintain brand design systems across multiple telehealth brands.
  • Iterate designs based on quantitative data, user feedback, and performance testing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar digital design role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design breadth and performance marketing experience.
  • Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines to support a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Ability to leverage quantitative input to inform and optimize design decisions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Webflow and/or Shopify.
  • Experience in the health and wellbeing domain.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.
