What you will do

• Mow grass, manage weeds, and cut brush using power or manual equipment.
• Maintain roads, ditches, street surfaces, and assist with traffic signals (Levels II/III).
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance on city equipment.
• Conduct snow removal on streets and grounds.
• Operate heavy equipment routinely (Levels II/III).
• Execute other duties as assigned under supervision or independently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 2 years of related experience (Level I: 6 months, II: 1 year, III: 2 years).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License with endorsements (possessed or obtained within 6 months).
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift 80+ lbs, work in extreme weather, and use PPE.
• Knowledge of safe working habits and ability to follow instructions.
