What you will do

• Own major backend features end-to-end.
• Work closely with lead engineer on architecture and technical direction.
• Make real product and technical decisions.
• Improve reliability, observability, and foundations as the product scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend experience and strong fundamentals
• Very strong in TypeScript
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making judgement calls
• Use AI tools confidently and responsibly
• Experience scaling a system to high volume of users
