What you will do

• Edit and polish AI-assisted drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a natural, human-like flow.
• Review content for grammar, tone, and factual accuracy while eliminating common AI indicators.
• Apply internal feedback and maintain high editorial standards across all deliverables.
• Publish finalized articles and manage scheduling for organic content according to brand standards.
• Collaborate with Brand Success, Creative Strategy, and Creator Operations teams to ensure content readiness.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in editing, publishing, or content management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong command of grammar, editing, and style.
• Ability to identify and remove AI "tells" to create polished copy.
• Familiarity with publishing platforms or content scheduling tools.
• Reliable, deadline-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
