What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy system-wide frameworks leveraged by feature teams.
• Build in-house development tools to improve developer efficiency.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies in collaboration with Enterprise Architect.
• Provide technical leadership for the Front-End Engineering team.
• Own end-to-end feature development, including implementation and testing.
• Drive critical architecture and technology decisions; conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and MySQL
• 5+ years in AdTech, MarTech, or related industries; 3+ years tech leadership
• Proficiency in Kafka, Aerospike, Druid, HBase; deep ECMAScript, Web APIs, HTML, CSS knowledge
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Ukrainian
• Experience with Git, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence; Agile methodologies; hybrid teams (preferably Ukraine)
• Deep understanding of online media market (DSPs, PPC, media buying); performance optimization
