What you will do

• Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure (primary) and AWS using Pulumi and Terraform
• Build and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration for AI services, data pipelines, and API backends
• Architect dual-deployment SaaS model with secure, isolated deployments in customer cloud tenants
• Implement security controls, data residency, and audit trails aligned with GxP and SOC 2
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable engineering deployments
• Set up observability with monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing
• Contribute to incident response, post-incident learning, and developer abstractions

Requirements

• Strong backend software engineering background with deep infrastructure and platform experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure (required) and AWS
• Proficient with Pulumi (preferred) or Terraform for IaC
• Strong Kubernetes experience in deployment, scaling, observability, and reliability
• Solid knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable with Python and scripting for automation
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
• Autonomous, proactive mindset focused on reliability

Nice to have

• Experience with customer cloud tenant deployments or managed application patterns
• Familiarity with GxP, SOC 2, HIPAA, or regulated compliance
• Multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure experience
• Specific Pulumi experience
