What you will do

• Build and own scalable, reliable infrastructure supporting high-performance applications across multiple regions
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and release workflows for fast, safe shipping
• Implement infrastructure as code and automation across environments to reduce manual toil
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response
• Reduce operational overhead and improve platform stability at scale
• Enable engineering teams via reliable platform systems and self-service tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with focus on infrastructure and developer experience
• Deep expertise with cloud services (ideally AWS) and IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog)
• Comfortable with on-call and improving incident response
• Based in, or open to relocating to, the UAE

Nice to have

• Experience building infrastructure for fintech or high-reliability platforms
• Track record tackling scaling problems like latency reduction or multi-region systems
• Building platform tooling that boosted engineering velocity
• Leadership in infrastructure evolutions, migrations, or rollouts
