TL;DR

Location: On the road, throughout Montgomery County, VA area. Virginia-based required. Willing to travel.

Pay: $17-$20 per hour

What you will do

• Accurately verify, gather, and record physical descriptions of real estate properties.
• Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work.
• Serve as public-facing representative of the reassessment team, maintaining professional communication and appearance.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required).
• Willing to travel throughout Montgomery County, VA area.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, kneel, climb stairs, and carry 5-10 lbs. of equipment for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather.
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact with the public.
