What you will do

• Execute daily coating production activities and monitor the coating process.
• Manage machine schedules and input process parameters into checklists for every run.
• Prepare coating materials for pre-melting and ensure all shutters and sidewalls are cleaned.
• Conduct spectral measurements according to specific templates and requirements.
• Set venting temperatures and remove segments from the machine after venting.
• Provide guidance to other coaters and undertake additional production responsibilities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read, understand, and provide training on SOPs, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Clear understanding of product quality and systems regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work in rotating shift patterns or 12-hour shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in Optics polishing or Thin Film manufacturing.
