What you will do

• Lead engineers in the system-level verification of hardware, software, and firmware using the V-Cycle methodology.
• Develop and implement verification protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on result analysis.
• Create comprehensive test cases for fast-charging systems, covering electrical, thermal, environmental, and software aspects.
• Define verification plans and reports (DVP-R) and oversee their execution.
• Promote the adoption of automated testing and ensure technical documentation accuracy.
• Mentor team members and optimize team capacity according to roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise in Test & Verification processes and quality assurance principles.
• Proven leadership experience in testing, ideally within charging infrastructure, power electronics, or the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with the V-Model methodology for Testing and Verification.
• Fluency in English, with very good German and/or Italian.
