What you will do

• Analyze commercial processes for promo planning, budgeting, trade spend, pricing, and revenue management.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document AS-IS/TO-BE processes.
• Prepare business requirements and functional specifications for planning system enhancements.
• Support testing, configuration reviews, user adoption, demos, trainings, and ongoing business support.
• Bridge business stakeholders and development team for aligned expectations and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients and teams.
• 2+ years in Business Analysis, Consulting, or similar in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution.
• Strong understanding of trade marketing processes, promo mechanics, trade spend, budgeting, revenue management.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, or Demand Planning teams.
• Analytical and communication skills; speak business language including KPIs, P&L, ROI.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with TPM/RGM systems or FMCG commercial planning tools.
• Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, TPM, RGM platforms.
• Understanding of retail distribution, commercial planning cycles, trade execution.
• Experience with data models for promotions, pricing, customer hierarchies.
