What you will do

• Manage all facets of mass appraisal process including desktop review, data entry, sales analysis, valuation, hearings, and client communications.
• Provide instructions and feedback on property database updates with data team.
• Develop valuation parameters and guidance for modeling with statistics team.
• Interact with taxpayers during informal hearings.
• Train and oversee junior staff members.
• Maintain positive relations with clients, public, and personnel; occasional travel in Ohio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Appraisal and/or Project Management experience.
• Experience working in CAMA or similar Appraisal systems.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Proactive in managing agendas, updating stakeholders, and documenting action items.
• Generates strong, trust-based relationships with clients and team members.
• State certifications in Appraisal and/or Project Management a plus.
