What you will do

  • Own end-to-end success and retention for a dedicated cohort of strategic Lighthouse accounts.
  • Orchestrate "Success Pods" by partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Sustaining Engineering teams.
  • Develop and monitor account health indicators, including product consumption, feature adoption, and executive sentiment.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure the roadmap reflects the needs of advanced AI and data-driven organizations.
  • Identify new use cases and "white space" within accounts to expand the company's footprint.
  • Lead high-stakes Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate ROI and align on long-term strategic missions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of experience managing multi-million dollar enterprise accounts in storage, data management, or infrastructure.
  • Technical literacy in IT Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and AI Data Pipelines (specifically NFS and S3).
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services) without direct authority.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate complex customer implementations and expansions.
  • Ability to translate technical complexities into value-based narratives for CIOs and CTOs.
