What you will do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web, and social media channels.
• Craft direct marketing copy and manage integrated content calendars.
• Manage CRM systems, email automations, and marketing workflows.
• Design lead magnets, landing pages, and other high-value content assets.
• Track key performance metrics and optimize customer acquisition and retention processes.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales, product development, and external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• Proven expertise in copywriting with a portfolio of successful marketing samples.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and manage complex project timelines.
• Proficiency with CRM and content management systems.
• Teachable attitude and a self-starter mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or product launches.
• Basic video production and editing skills.
• Experience with cold email outreach and account-based marketing (ABM).
