What you will do

• Support Mass Fragrance Customer Teams for various brands and retailers, with a specific focus on Walmart and Amazon.
• Lead 18-month commercial planning meetings and develop ongoing retail support strategies.
• Manage the sell-in meeting process to ensure alignment on product launches.
• Brief and coordinate the development of in-store displays.
• Track distribution and provide forecasts for innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related trade or marketing experience.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) is required.
