What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer inquiries, including order processing, demand forecasting, and logistics orchestration.
- Develop and maintain high-trust relationships with key customer contacts, Account Teams, and internal Business Groups.
- Administer customer orders within SAP, ensuring strict compliance with terms, conditions, and shipping windows.
- Analyze gaps between order coverage and forecasts to proactively influence customer order volume.
- Lead logistics performance reviews and implement collaborative strategies such as JIT programs and consignment stock.
- Resolve complaints, returns (RMA), and invoice discrepancies with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Requirements
- University or College degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar Tier-1 ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
- Solid understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, and manufacturing lead times.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
