What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end customer inquiries, including order processing, demand forecasting, and logistics orchestration.
  • Develop and maintain high-trust relationships with key customer contacts, Account Teams, and internal Business Groups.
  • Administer customer orders within SAP, ensuring strict compliance with terms, conditions, and shipping windows.
  • Analyze gaps between order coverage and forecasts to proactively influence customer order volume.
  • Lead logistics performance reviews and implement collaborative strategies such as JIT programs and consignment stock.
  • Resolve complaints, returns (RMA), and invoice discrepancies with a focus on speed and accuracy.

Requirements

  • University or College degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar Tier-1 ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
  • Solid understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, and manufacturing lead times.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).

  • Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
