What you will do
- Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up.
- Act as the single point of contact for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring professional and timely interaction.
- Perform SAP administration for customer master data, invoice queries, and complaint registration.
- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
- Control consignment stocks and manage customer portals as required.
- Initiate dispute resolution processes and monitor material allocations to maintain positive customer relations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- College degree or above.
- Workable English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain operational procedures and functions.
- Good understanding of International Trade and Shipping.
