What you will do

• Monitor and maintain security controls in Azure and AWS environments to safeguard data systems.
• Oversee the vulnerability management program, including penetration testing and the creation of remediation plans.
• Manage the Security Awareness program, including annual training and quarterly phishing campaigns.
• Collaborate with CloudOps to design and implement secure cloud architectures using best practices.
• Integrate cloud security technologies with toolsets such as SIEM, EDR, and IAM solutions.
• Provide incident response support and assist with the GRC program.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Information Security experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud security in Azure and AWS.
• Thorough understanding of risk and security frameworks including ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, NIST, and FedRAMP.
• Knowledge of secure communications, data storage, and systems deployment.
• Must be based in Canada for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or CISA.
• Experience with ELK, AI, FedRAMP, or GitLab.
