About the Role

You will own the trading technology stack and take a hands-on role in designing and implementing a robust trading platform that executes large trades with minimal slippage. You will build high-performance market data pipelines and integrate with multiple trading venues (REST/WS, FIX). You will collaborate with quant and trading teams to implement execution logic and new strategies, apply TDD/BDD and CI/CD practices, and design fault-tolerant architectures with failover to ensure high availability. You will mentor and grow junior engineers and drive engineering best practices across the trading stack.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in trading technology environments
• Track record of building trading infrastructure including market data feed handlers algo engines backtesting and execution platforms
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with TDD BDD CI/CD and SOLID principles
• Deep understanding of financial markets trading mechanisms and security protocols
• Hands-on experience with centralized crypto exchanges and derivatives including perpetual swaps and futures
• Experience with multi-venue trading including order routing trade reconciliation and execution quality optimization
• Expertise in high-performance system design for low-latency high-throughput execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical experience with testing automation and performance testing
