What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Produce high-volume, vertical short-form video content, including cliffhangers and episode previews optimized for platform algorithms.
• Drive organic growth and audience engagement by fostering relationships and responding to community comments.
• Manage the monthly editorial calendar aligned with major content releases and cultural events.
• Analyze performance via monthly dashboards focusing on reach, engagement, and app store click-through rates.
• Collaborate with on-screen talent and third-party creators to produce authentic promotional content.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience specifically in content production and social media management.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, and/or Canva.
• Deep understanding of North American pop culture trends, focusing on Gen Z and female audiences.
• Proven ability to write engaging platform-specific copy and create high-impact short-form video content.
• Must be able to work from a location within the United States.
• Experience working with cross-functional remote teams in fast-paced environments.
