What you will do

• Install, configure, and administer applications in production and non-production environments.
• Monitor applications, tune performance, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and service quality.
• Provide support and maintenance, including incident, change, release, and problem resolution.
• Write and validate application procedures manuals, troubleshooting guides, backup, and restore plans.
• Automate recurring administrative tasks and create installation and technical support documentation.
• Contribute to technical knowledgebase for ICT Operations and report on application availability, performance, capacity, and usage.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years as IT professional in mid/large IT infrastructure, including application deployment, support, and maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years in application administration.
• Minimum 2 years with micro-services, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Minimum 2 years administering and supporting Elasticsearch.
• Minimum 5 years with enterprise Microsoft or Linux server solutions.
• Minimum 2 years with Public or Hybrid Cloud (Azure or AWS).
