Senior Data Scientist (Python/DoD): Developing innovative analytics solutions for the Navy, DoD, and Intel communities with an accent on multi-INT data sources such as SIGINT and GEOINT. What you will do

• Design and conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to support analytic objectives.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana for senior decision-makers.
• Build and optimize Python-based data pipelines leveraging pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, and Plotly.
• Integrate diverse data formats across relational (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Accumulo) databases.
• Apply advanced data mining, statistical modeling, graph algorithms, and machine learning to large datasets.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts to foster best practices in code quality and statistical rigor.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL, including common data science packages.
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters and monitoring tools like Prometheus.
• Proficiency in Grafana for monitoring application performance and interactive visualization.
• Comfortable working with various data formats including Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
