What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends and implement predictive leading indicators and KPIs.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python/PySpark to ingest and publish trusted datasets.
• Design and manage table architecture and curation within Databricks, including schema design and optimization.
• Prototype and operationalize AI and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and cycle time on the production floor.
• Create and maintain insightful dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks for production stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data science and analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, and model deployment (MLflow/MLOps).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee (Export Control Regulations).
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, NumPy, Seaborn, and database management.
• Knowledge of engineering software such as CAD or CAM.
