TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS Events): Lead portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in ticketing, registrations, bookings, and live events with an accent on activation, retention, expansion, and measurable value realization. Focus on strategic success planning, cross-functional influence, executive check-ins, and driving commercial outcomes through data-driven optimizations.

Remote position; travel to hirify.global Hubs in Phoenix, San Francisco, Denver, Los Angeles, Austin, or Chicago may be required.

What you will do

  • Oversee activation plans for complex enterprise accounts, ensuring measurable outcomes and time-to-value.
  • Own retention strategy, manage renewals, monitor health metrics, and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities.
  • Lead business reviews and QBRs using performance data; collaborate with CX, Optimization, and Product teams.
  • Conduct executive check-ins, implement improvement plans, and ensure multi-threaded coverage.
  • Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Enablement) with voice-of-customer insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships, ideally in SaaS, payments, ticketing, or registration platforms.
  • Proven success managing enterprise portfolios with complex commercial and operational requirements.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle from activation to expansion with measurable results.
  • Strong executive presence for strategic reviews and communications.
  • Analytical, data-driven; experience influencing go-to-market priorities cross-functionally.
  • High ownership and resourcefulness in fast-growth environment; comfortable identifying expansion signals.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Miller Heiman LAMP.
