What you will do

  • Support and maintain customer network environments, gathering accurate technical information during intake.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues like LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, subnetting, POS failures, and cabling problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, access points, and POS hardware.
  • Monitor network performance, triage issues by urgency, and escalate to internal teams or vendors with full documentation.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, device inventories, and cabling records.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and vendors to drive resolutions and build trust.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in network support, administration, or related role.
  • Strong TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and network design principles.
  • Experience troubleshooting wired/wireless networks and structured cabling systems.
  • Familiarity with network diagnostic tools.
  • Strong written/verbal communication to explain technical issues.
  • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced support environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Unifi, Meraki, Omada environments.
  • CCNA or similar certifications, structured cabling certs.
  • Supporting restaurant tech, POS systems, peripherals.
