What you will do

• Design, build, and release high-quality product features with strong software architecture and security vision.
• Leverage AI tools for accelerated development, including context building for AI agents and safeguards.
• Deliver pragmatic, high-quality work with expertise in front-end and back-end testing, performance tuning, and QA processes.
• Collaborate with team through mentoring, code reviews, and contributing to overall success.
• Communicate with product and business functions on feature feasibility, explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• BS in CS or Engineering (MS a strong plus).
• 5+ years fullstack development, 9+ years total software experience.
• Deep expertise in React, JS, Node/Nest.js, REST, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, UML, architecture trade-offs, scalable SaaS APIs, microservices, observability.
• Expertise in FE/BE performance testing, full QA process, and API design from front-end perspective.
• Proficiency in AI-led systems development.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS.
• Expertise in Figma and plugins.
• Proficiency with Cursor.ai.
• Track record in early-stage startups.
